We understand, however, that it can be difficult to shop from a computer screen and that's why we offer a no-hassle return and exchange policy. *If you are unhappy with your product you can exchange it for another product of equal or more value and you will not incur a restocking fee.

Handle delicately! Returns must be pre-authorized. Un-authorized returns will not be refunded. Please understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 14 days from the shipping date. If the error is ours, we will pay for all shipping costs.

When we receive a return authorization code we will contact you and ask you to mark this number clearly on the shipping label of the product you are returning. When the manufacturer has confirmed receipt of your original item, we will refund you the full price of your original purchase. Please note that if you simply wish to return your item/s you will incur a 25-35% restocking fee depending on the manufacturer.

Simply follow the instructions below.

1. Please visit our Support Center and submit a ticket for a return, replacement or exchange of an unsuitable or damaged item. Our Specialists will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your options and offer advice on alternative products. If you are exchanging your item/s we will process your new order and request a return authorization code from the manufacturer. Please note the return authorization code can take up to 1-7 business days depending on the manufacturer but this will not delay the shipment of your new order.

2. Products must be in original condition, having never been installed. They must be repackaged properly in the original packaging.

3. For your protection, your return must be shipped via a carrier that can provide full tracking information including delivery confirmation. You will not be issued a credit if we cannot confirm delivery of the item. You are also responsible for all shipping cost.

4. Please assist us by including the packing slip and indicating the reason for your return on the back of the packing slip. Clearly mark the return authorization code on the shipping label of the packaging as well as on the packing slip or enclosed paperwork.

5. Your credit will be applied when the item has been confirmed as returned by the manufacturer.

6. Parts that have been ordered including glass cannot be returned for a refund.

7. If your order arrives damaged but you elect not to have the manufacturer replace or repair your item, you may be subject to a restocking fee.
