Our 14-day price-match guarantee applies to all products sold on our website. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at a lower price from a company located in the United States and who is authorized by the manufacturer to sell the product.

Q. Can I price match your products against products I have seen at a store or exhibition?
A. Unfortunately, no. LunaWarehouse.com only price matches against prices found on competitor’s websites.

Q. Does the product have to be the same or can it come from a different brand for example?
A. No, the item must be identical. For example, it must be from the same brand and have the same U.S. manufacturer's warranty. It must also have the same model number and contain the same components.

Q. Do I have to quote just the price of the product?
A. Shipping and handling charges must be included. Proof of our competitor's shipping and handling charges MUST be supplied and displayed on their website. Introductory offers, coupons and promotional codes cannot be included.

Q. How do I present proof of a lower price to LunaWarehouse.com?
A. Proof of the total purchase price must be verified by LunaWarehouse.com. Please call 1-866 241 9895 or email us and include the website domain name and item number if our competitor is using a different item number to our own.

Q. Are there any excluded manufacturers or items from the price match?
A. Certain manufacturers and items may be excluded from the price match guarantee at times. This may be due to several factors including pricing agreements with manufacturers. LunaWarehouse.com will not price match a product that will result in a violation of an authorized retailer price agreement set by the manufacturer.

Q. How long will it take you to adjust my price or refund the difference to my credit card or Pay Pal?
A. We will do our upmost to respond within 48 hours.

Q. Sounds great! Anything else I should know?
A. Sure! While we price match almost anything, we cannot price match items sold at special events such as grand openings, anniversary or liquidation sales. We also cannot price match discontinued items, refurbished items or items sold on internet auction sites.
